These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the ya999 platform, including the website accessible at ya999.pro, any associated mobile application, and all related services, games, promotions, and features offered under the ya999 brand (collectively, the "Platform"). Each user is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the ya999 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any pending balance or bonus.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ya999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

ya999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, minimum odds, and expiry dates. These specific bonus terms are incorporated into and form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• ya999 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice, particularly in cases of suspected abuse.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, use of automated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, or collusion with other players — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Where a player holds both real money funds and bonus funds, real money funds will be used first for wagering purposes unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms.

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.

• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of coordinated fraudulent activity with other players.
• Exploiting any bug, glitch, or software error in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and must be returned.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other activity that constitutes a financial crime under applicable law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security measures, or infrastructure.

All content on the ya999 Platform — including but not limited to the ya999 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ya999 International Ltd or its licensed content partners, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of ya999.

ya999 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
